Ordering
We have no minimum order limits, however, all initial wholesale orders of less than $500 will be subject to a mid-range wholesale pricing structure. All subsequent orders would be at our best wholesale pricing structure. All new wholesale customers are required to have a business license. To open a wholesale contract with us, contact us via email or phone. Once the contract has been opened, you will be able to place orders via our website, email, or phone.
Production & Delivery
We are able to produce and ship most orders within one month of receipt (usually within a week). On receipt of an order, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted with a more accurate estimated ship date based on our production schedule and the size of the order. All shipping costs will be added to your order upon finalizing your order. Any shipping provider preferences should be noted when the order is placed (if using the website, send an email after placing the order with this information).
Payment
All initial wholesale orders require payment in full before production will begin.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer returns of merchandise at this time. We do however offer exchange for similar merchandise on standard stock items (items on our website) when the items in question have been available for sale for at least 3 months. Special order items are not eligible for exchange. We will repair or replace broken or damaged items on a case by case basis. Exchanges will not be honored without prior approval.
Warranty
We provide a limited 1-year warranty on all jewelry components, excluding our glass work, which has no warranty because of the difficulty in matching and/or replacing handmade glass pieces, We will decided whether to repair or replace the item in question at our discression. To make a warranty claim, send the item, your name, address, and contact phone number or email address, and $2 per item for return postage. For prompt warranty claims, contact us prior to mailing the item.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service to any body for any reason at any time.

Display Racks
Our small display racks stand approximately 25" tall from base to the top of the logo sign and have a 10" square base. Each of the four sides on a small rack can hold either 18 pairs of earrings or 3 necklaces and 6 pairs of earrings. On your first order, a display rack will be provided to you at no additional charge if you purchase enough merchandise to fill it.
