Ordering Information
We do not currently have a minimum order, however we reserve the right to implement a minimum order at any time.
Some of our items are in stock, however we do make most of our beads and jewelry at the time of order. Due to this, there may be a delay between the placement of an order and when the order is shipped to you. This is usually no longer than a few days depending on the size of the order. If you would like a more precise estimate of completion, please contact us. When you place an order, the computer system will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Upon review of your order, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date via email if the delay will be longer than one week.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS. Our shipping and handling rates are calculated at the end of the order and vary depending of the total weight of the package. USPS packages usually arrive within 2-4 days of shipping and provide a delivery confirmation number.
We DO NOT offer COD payment.
Sales Tax Information
All applicable sales taxes are already included in the prices listed on our website.

This is the fastest method of payment. To use this form of payment, please place your order via the shopping cart on our website. Credit card payments can also be placed over the phone if necessary.

Money Order/Cashier's Check

Personal Check
Items will ship after clearance of your payment (usually 7-10 days). A $25 NSF fee will be billed in the event of a returned or dishonored check. If you have had a previous dishonored check with us, we will not accept future check payments. Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange or credit towards future purchases only IF returned to us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and if the item is in its original and unused condition.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we pay for the extra shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Before returning items, please contact us for Return Authorization.

Include in your email, the name and address on the order, contact information (either email or phone number), the reason why you want to return the merchandise, and how you would like us to correct the problem.
Warranty Information
We provide a limited 1-year warranty on all jewelry components, excluding our glass work, which has no warranty because of the difficulty in matching and/or replacing handmade glass pieces. We will decide whether to repair or replace the item in question as our discression. To make a warranty claim, send the item, your name, address, and contact phone number or email address, and $2 per item for return postage. Due to our travel schedule, please contact us prior to mailing the item for a current mailing address.
Privacy Policy
We are concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have a number of security features in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We use SSL to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. We do not store any credit card information on our website.
We NEVER make our customer list available to any outside mailers or e-mailers. We do send out a monthly newsletter and occassional invitations to different shows or open studios.
